At threadsbyamother™️, we aim to provide the highest quality handloom sarees, dress materials, and blouse pieces. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we are here to help. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for the following products: sarees, dress materials, and blouse pieces.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Sarees: Handloom sarees can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the item is found to be defective or damaged. Returns for any other reasons, such as change of mind or dislike of color, will not be accepted as handloom products are uniquely crafted and slight variations are natural.
- Dress Materials: Dress materials can be exchanged if defective or if the wrong item was sent. Please ensure that the material is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Blouse Pieces: We accept returns or exchanges for blouse pieces only if there is a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was received. Blouse pieces that have been cut, altered, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Products that have been altered, tailored, or damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products, sale items, and items purchased during promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or weave are inherent to handloom products and are not considered defects.
4. Process for Returns & Exchanges
- Opening video is must for return & exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@threadsbyamother.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- For exchanges, if the requested product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit.
5. Return Shipping
- Opening video is must for exchange
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the product unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as threadsbyamother™️ is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If u receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with an opening video of the package.
